Which Greek mythology character should I choose?

My teacher is making us do a project where we dress up as a Greek mythological character, and we have to do a really interesting presentation on them (-.-) Let’s just say I’m not excited, but I’ve narrowed it down to two characters : Hebe (the goddess of youth..she is also a cupbearer) and Ares (the God of war). For Hebe I was kind of thinking that I could bring in cups of candies or something, but last year she said someone already brought cups of wine for the goddess of wine (I forgot her name…it started with a D, though). And for Ares, I was thinking that I could put on my Soccer Shin guards, and maybe find some elbow pads and a helmet, so that I can look like a warrior.

If you were in my class, which presentation would you want to see. Or, if you were in my shoes and you hated giving presentations, which one do you think would be best to do?

Hebes does sound cool, and I like the candies idea. Dionysus is the god of wine. Ares is okay too, but personally i wouldn’t go with him (he isn’t my favorite:))
My favorites are Athena (goddess of wisdom) and Artemis (goddess of the moon and the hunt).
But choose what you like most, and I hope everything goes well with your project

Does it seem like soccer aficionados speak a language all their own? It sure seems like it to me, and I’ve been playing the game for over 20 years. I put an article on the front page of this blog to help explain the most common soccer terms in plain English. Hopefully this list will help soccer moms everywhere (and soccer dads too, for that matter)to better understand what their little athlete is talking about! Click Here For Access: Soccer Terms.
