do my vapors fit me right? first time w/mercurials help!?
ok well i got my vapors in for the first time today and theyr size 11. i wear size 11.5 w adidas predatorss and thats with a little room so i went down a half a size. and the whole point of the vapors is to fit like a glove and when i put them on i had about 1/8 – 1/4 inch of room at the toe and im wondering if thats to big, which i suspect it is. please only very experienced players who know what theyr talking about answer. if you want the link here are the ones i bought http://www.soccer.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&query=vapors&N=0&Product_Id=489183
no, that is fine, you need some room for football socks. its weird that they are bigger on you, because those fit smaller, like i had to go up a whole size with mine. but 1/4 of an inch isn’t bad at all. you do want vapors to fit, but to much of a fit, or like a glove will give you massive blisters. always leave room in your football shoes, and 1/4 is ideal room for your foot in football shoes.
i had my first vapors exactly my size, and i had massive blisters on the back of my heals that left me not able to walk with shoes on for 2 weeks. so i will never make that mistake again with those shoes.
